The new digital newsletter of the Restaurant of the Future offers you a glimpse into a number of current developments. This edition focuses e.g. on salt reduction, consumer behaviour regarding meat substitutes, organic foods and healthy ageing.

The Restaurant of the Future is not just a place to experiment with new food products, preparation methods and self-service systems, but also a facility allowing close observation of eating and drinking behaviour. The restaurant is part of Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research.
