Van Zwanenburg is a 160-year old organisation, which consists of much more than just the 2,200 products of our non-food star assortment in stock for professional gastronomic hosting. Our company and its employees will do anything within their powers to improve our market and the world around us.
A decade before the current warm blanket of discovery, experience and enjoyment, which has fallen over the gastronomic industry for the last couple of years when it comes to content, ingredients and presentation, we were driving manufacturers almost crazy with all our questions. For instance, why a simple coffee cup simply always had to have its traditional shape, why a plate always had to be round and why flexibility, representativeness and originality always had to be at the expense of functionality, desired durability and available budget.
