Experience the future
Although the Restaurant of the Future derives its existence from the use of cutting-edge technology, it is the people who are still at the heart of its activities: chefs, scientists and consumers.
However, businesses and institutions who work with our foundation have helped to make the Restaurant of the Future what it is today.


New protein sources
Developing more sustainable ways of producing (plant and) animal proteins is an important question that needs answering.
