About the Restaurant of the Future
    Welcome to the Restaurant of the Future. Millions of people have their daily lunch at work. 
    Little is known about, for instance, what motivates them to choose certain meal components, 
    about the influence of the interior of the restaurant or the variety in assortment on their choice behaviour. 

    The Restaurant of the Future is a field laboratory where this type of information will be collected.
